Software development: bioinformatic tools and pipelines

RBGV bioinformatics develops tools, pipelines, and processes for analysis of genomic and phylogenomic data. These include:

• HybPiper. Assembly of target capture data for phylogenomics. To assist in running the software across diverse HPC resources we provide the Nextflow pipeline hybpiper-nf.
• ParaGone.  Identification of ortholog groups (paralogy resolution) for phylogenomics. To assist in running the software across diverse HPC resources we provide the Nextflow pipeline hybpiper-nf.
• NewTargets. Expanded target file data for target capture using the Angiosperms353 kit, and associate tools.
• Development of target capture bait kits.
