Book a punting cruise around the islands of Ornamental Lake in a timber punt.  You will be guided through the Gardens’ history and see the wildlife up close.  Look for eels, spot birds and relax as you float on the picturesque water.

The three river punts are made to a traditional design used on the River Cam in Cambridge, built using local Australian timbers.  The punts are 8m long and weight 320 kgs! They can fit up to 8 passengers and even have blankets for cold weather and parasols on sunny days!
